A non-canon experiment in which a zombie outbreak hits Kamurocho, putting gun-focused third-person shooting front and center for the first (and essentially only) time. You alternate among Akiyama, Majima, Ryuji Goda, and Kiryu.
Reception to its combat was mixed, but it endures as a curiosity — proof that the series was willing to gamble on a genre experiment at least once.
A 'what-if' spin-off with no canon impact, but the only time RGG swapped genres wholesale using mainline characters — too notable to leave out of a full-series index.
