SourceDefeat all 11 Hitmen across Kamurocho and Okinawa. Triggered via the Ch.6 Hitman Hunter substory — some only appear at specific times of day or post-certain chapters.
1) Trigger the Hitman Hunter sub in Ch.6 to unlock the list of 11 marks + their spawn conditions.
