SourceThis covers defeating both optional Amon-tier bosses: Jo Amon (Kiryu's Premium Adventure, substory #31) and Amon Riders (Bad Boy Dragon's true final fight).
Jo Amon requires all 30 other Kiryu substories done, all 36 Reapers defeated, and all 9 Coliseum tournaments won. It's a long fight — bring healing items and lean on Ryukyu style; parry his gunfire back at him.
Amon Riders requires the main story finished and every optional Turf War / Total Annihilation gang battle won at least once. Level your squad to 40+ (use Buttons to raise the cap to 50) and focus down regular enemies first so your squad can help against the bosses.
