   Take the "Bloody Crest" accessory from the cat outside the Yagami Detective Agency and equip it.

   Purple arrows appear as you move around town — follow them and beat the black, green, and purple masked fighters in turn.

3. 3

   Then, before you take the taxi to Shirakaba in Chapter 4, unlock every other skill to open the "Challenge Letter" skill and finish Kaito's last challenge.
