Buying new Properties means invading their turf, so it can happen that sometimes your collection progress is halted because some goons from the area are trying to keep you out.

You can assign Managers to a certain areas where you own Property.

Security is basically just needed useful for lowering the chances of goons popping up in a certain area and halting your collections.

Once you conquered an area, you don't need any security there any longer, so just assign your cheapest staff.

Always make sure to save before going to visit a Billionaire at around 60% share, because you are playing a minigame against them and you lose some share if you fail.
